Privacy Policy
Premier Creator Agency
Last updated: October 1, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Premier Creator Agency ("Premier Creator Agency," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Premier Creator Agency platform (the "Platform"). It is meant to be specific about what we actually do, not a generic template, because we think you should be able to tell exactly what happens to your data.
By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account information
You can sign in with Google or with TikTok, and you can link both to the same account.
- Signing in with Google: we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
- Signing in with TikTok: we receive the information described in Section 2.4. TikTok does not provide an email address. If you also link Google, we save the email address from your Google account so we can reach you about your account.
We never receive or store your Google or TikTok password. We create a persistent session record in our database so you stay signed in between visits, tied to a session cookie stored in your browser.
2.2 Deal inbox: brand emails you send to us
The Deal / Inbox Manager gives you a private, receive-only email address (for example deals-k7p2qx@in.premiercreatoragency.com). Brand emails reach the Platform only when you, or a forwarding rule you set up in your own email account, send them to that address, or when a brand emails it directly. We have no access to your mailbox: we never see emails you don't send to this address, and nothing is ever sent from it.
What we store. For each email that arrives at your address, we store the sender's name and email address, the address it was delivered from, the subject, the date, the plain text of the email (not its HTML formatting), and its attachments. Attachments of risky file types, such as programs and scripts, are recorded by name but not kept. If you set up automatic forwarding in Gmail, Gmail sends a confirmation code to your address; we store that email like any other and show you the code.
How we use it. We show these emails to you in the Deal / Inbox Manager, and we use them only to help you track brand deals. When you choose to turn an email into a deal, the details you confirm (such as the fee, deliverables, and deadlines) are saved with it.
Your control. You can archive or delete any email in your deal inbox at any time; deleting it also deletes its attachments, and your original email in your own mailbox is unaffected. To stop emails arriving, remove the forwarding rule from your email account. Emails are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
Gmail connection. The Deal / Inbox Manager also has an older, optional way to connect your Gmail account directly, which we are retiring. If you connect it, we request Google's gmail.metadata scope, which shows your recent inbox messages' sender, subject, date and labels but not the body of your emails. Those messages are fetched from Google when you open the page and are not stored; we keep only your encrypted access token. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access at Google and deletes the stored credentials.
2.2a Google Calendar, if you choose to connect it
The Content Calendar lets you optionally connect Google Calendar so each post you schedule also appears in your own calendar, with a reminder 30 minutes before. This is a separate step with its own Google consent screen. We request Google's calendar.events.owned scope (events on calendars you own) and use it only to create, update, and delete the events for posts you schedule in the Platform: the post's title, description, and time. We never read your other calendar events or your calendar list. We store only your encrypted access token and the ID of each event we created, so we can update or remove it when you change or delete the post. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Content Calendar page or Settings, which revokes our access at Google and deletes the stored credentials; events already created stay in your calendar until you delete them.
2.2b Google user data and Limited Use
Premier Creator Agency's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the features described in Sections 2.1, 2.2, and 2.2a; we do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and no person at Premier Creator Agency reads it unless you ask us to (for example, for support), it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
2.3 Content you submit
Depending on which tools you use, we collect:
- Videos and video links you submit to our video editing tool for clipping, transcription, and virality scoring.
- Product and topic details you type into Content Generator, including free text descriptions, product URLs, and product images you upload.
- Search and filter activity in the Trends tool, such as the categories, sort orders, and search terms you use.
- Generated results, such as hooks, scripts, clip metadata, and virality scores, which we store so you can return to your past sessions.
- Deal and calendar data you enter into the Deal / Inbox Manager and Content Calendar tools.
- Reports and feedback you submit, including the subject and message of a support report, any file attachments you include with it, and your answers to in-app feedback prompts. These are reviewed internally by Premier Creator Agency staff, as described in Section 4.
- Creator profile details you provide after signing in, such as what you told us you came to the Platform to do, your content niche, TikTok handle, follower count, and a short bio. This is self-reported and optional, used to help us understand who you are as a creator; providing it does not gate access to the Platform, and you can skip it or edit it later from Settings.
2.4 Your TikTok account, if you sign in with or connect it
When you sign in with TikTok, or connect TikTok from Settings, TikTok asks you to approve what the Platform may access. We use TikTok's official APIs (Login Kit, the Display API, and the Content Posting API), and only for the purposes below.
What we receive from TikTok
- Your profile: your TikTok account ID, display name, avatar, username, and whether your account is verified. TikTok does not give us your email address, password, or direct messages.
- Your account stats: follower count, following count, total likes, and video count.
- Your videos and their stats: for each of your public videos, its caption, cover image, length, link, and post date, plus its views, likes, comments, and shares.
- Your posting options: when you schedule a post, the visibility and interaction settings (comments, Duet, Stitch) your TikTok account allows, and the longest video it accepts.
What we do with it
- Show your analytics dashboard: growth over time, per-video performance, and what's working in your content.
- Publish videos you schedule on the Content Calendar to your TikTok account (see "Scheduled posts" below).
- Show your TikTok name and avatar in the Platform, and let you sign in with TikTok.
We don't use your TikTok data for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with the third party providers in Section 4.
Access tokens. TikTok gives us access tokens that let the Platform call TikTok on your behalf. We store them encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and use them only to make the requests described in this section.
What we store and what we fetch live
- Stored: one snapshot of your account totals per day (followers, following, likes, video count, and total views across your videos). It is saved when you open the dashboard and updated if you open it again that day. On days you don't open it, we may also record it automatically once a day, but only while you are signed in to the Platform (a session you've used within the last 30 days); an automatic snapshot has your followers, following, likes, and video count, not views. If you stop using the Platform, the automatic snapshots stop too. These snapshots are what make the growth charts possible, because TikTok only reports current totals and cannot give us past ones. We keep snapshots for 13 months and delete older ones automatically.
- Fetched live, not stored: your video list and per-video stats are requested from TikTok each time the dashboard loads.
Scheduled posts. When you schedule a TikTok post, you choose its caption, visibility, interaction settings, and content disclosure, and you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation before the post is saved. We store the video file you upload on our servers until it is posted, then delete it. If you delete the post before it goes out, the video is deleted too. If posting fails, the video is kept so you can retry, until you retry or delete the post. The caption, the settings you chose, and TikTok's post ID stay with the post on your calendar. At the scheduled time we check your account's current posting options with TikTok again, and if the settings you chose are no longer allowed, the post fails with a message instead of posting.
Disconnecting TikTok. You can disconnect TikTok at any time from Settings. When you do, we revoke our access at TikTok and delete your stored access tokens straight away. Your daily stat snapshots are hidden immediately, so nothing from them is shown or used, and kept for 30 days in case you reconnect: because TikTok cannot give us past totals, deleting them at once would mean your growth charts restart from zero. If you reconnect the same TikTok account within 30 days, that history comes back. After 30 days it is deleted permanently. If you would rather it went immediately, delete your account (Section 5) or email us at the address in Section 12. Scheduled posts stay on your calendar but won't publish until you reconnect. If you signed up with TikTok, you can still sign in with it; signing in with TikTok connects your stats again. You can also remove the Platform's access from inside the TikTok app, under Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app permissions; when TikTok tells us you've done that, we treat it the same as disconnecting here.
2.5 Information from third party services
We source TikTok Shop product, creator, and video performance data (such as views, likes, revenue, and posting activity) from third party social commerce intelligence providers for the Trends and Content Generator tools. This data is about public TikTok Shop content and creators, not about you personally, unless you are searching for or researching your own content. It is separate from, and not combined with, the TikTok account data described in Section 2.4.
2.6 Automatically collected information
We automatically collect limited technical information needed to operate the Platform, including your session cookie, IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs (such as which pages and features you access) for the purpose of keeping the Platform secure and working correctly.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Authenticate you and keep you signed in.
- Provide the specific feature you are using, such as generating clips from a video you submitted, or writing a script based on the product details you provided.
- Store your session history so you can come back to previous hooks, scripts, and projects.
- Send the minimum data necessary to the third party providers listed in Section 4 so they can perform the specific task you requested, such as clipping a video or generating a hook.
- Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Platform, including detecting abuse and rate limiting.
- Communicate with you about your account or material changes to our terms and policies.
We do not use your content or account information to train our own AI models, and we do not sell your personal information or Your Content to data brokers or advertisers. This commitment covers Premier Creator Agency's own systems; it does not by itself describe how the independent third party AI providers listed in Section 4 may handle data under their own terms, so see Section 4 for that.
4. Who we share information with
We share limited information with the following third party service providers, only as needed to provide the feature you are using:
| Provider | What we share | Why | ||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google (sign in) | Your Google account identity | To authenticate you and create your account | ||||
| TikTok (only if you sign in with or connect it) | Requests made with your access token; videos you schedule, with the caption and settings you chose | To show your TikTok analytics and publish the posts you schedule | ||||
| Google (Gmail, only if you connect it) | Metadata-only access to your inbox (headers and labels, not message bodies), via your own granted permission | To show your recent Gmail messages in the Deal / Inbox Manager | ||||
| Google (Calendar, only if you connect it) | The title, description, and time of the Content Calendar posts you schedule | To add those posts to your Google Calendar and keep them up to date | Email delivery provider | Your email address and the message content | To send account emails, such as email verification and password resets | |
| Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers | The information described in this policy, as stored and processed on their servers | To host and run the Platform | ||||
| Video processing provider | Video files or video links you submit | To generate clips, transcripts, and virality scores | ||||
| Social commerce data providers | Category and search queries | To source TikTok Shop leaderboard and product data | ||||
| Social commerce data providers | Video URLs | To fetch video transcripts | ||||
| AI content providers | Topic, product details, and research context you submit | To generate hooks and scripts | ||||
| AI content providers | Product images you upload | To analyze and describe product images for grounding generated content |
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle the data we send them, including their own retention periods. For example, video files sent to our video processing provider or text and images sent to our AI content providers are retained, and may be used for those providers' own service operation or model training, according to their own terms, not this policy. We select providers based on their own data handling commitments, but we encourage you to review their policies if you want more detail on how they process, retain, or use data on their end.
Internal access. Reports, feedback, and account or customer records may also be viewed by authorized Premier Creator Agency staff: an internal admin role, limited to a small, named allowlist of employees, for the purpose of responding to your report, reviewing feedback, providing support, or moderating the Platform. This is not a disclosure to a third party; it is Premier Creator Agency's own personnel accessing Premier Creator Agency's own systems, subject to internal confidentiality obligations.
We do not otherwise sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to a valid legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Premier Creator Agency, our users, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the new owner to continue to honor commitments made in this policy.
5. Data storage and retention
Your account information, session history, and generated content are stored in a Postgres database that we operate, shared across the Platform's own backend and its supporting services under separate database schemas so that different services only access the tables relevant to them. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, so that your session history and past generations remain available to you.
Some data has a shorter, fixed lifetime:
- Daily TikTok stat snapshots are deleted automatically after 13 months. Disconnecting TikTok hides them at once and deletes them permanently 30 days later (see Section 2.4).
- TikTok access tokens are deleted when you disconnect TikTok.
- Videos uploaded for scheduled TikTok posts are deleted once the post is published, or when you delete the post (see Section 2.4).
- Emails in your deal inbox and their attachments are kept until you delete them, or until you delete your account (see Section 2.2).
This retention period is for data stored in our own systems. Data we send to the third party providers listed in Section 4 is retained according to each provider's own policies, not ours; see Section 4.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account yourself from Settings › Danger zone. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and everything stored with it in our systems: your profile, sign-in methods, sessions, connected accounts and their tokens, TikTok stat snapshots, calendar posts and uploaded videos, your deal address and the emails and attachments in your deal inbox, generated content, and reports and feedback. Before deleting, we revoke the Platform's access at TikTok and Google. It can't be undone. Content we sent to the third party providers in Section 4 while you were using the Platform, such as a video you gave the video editing tool, is held by those providers under their own retention terms, which we don't control. If you can't sign in, email us at the address in Section 12 and we will delete your account for you.
6. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is necessary for the Platform to function and is not used for third party advertising or cross site tracking. We do not currently use third party advertising or analytics cookies, so there is currently no advertising-related tracking for a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain kinds of processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at support@premiercreatoragency.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
You can also act on your data directly in the Platform:
- Disconnect TikTok, Gmail, or Google Calendar, which revokes our access and deletes what we stored from that account, as described in Sections 2.2, 2.2a, and 2.4.
- Archive or delete emails in your deal inbox, as described in Section 2.2.
- Delete your whole account from Settings, as described in Section 5.
- Delete individual pieces of content, such as scheduled posts, past Content Generator sessions, or video editing projects, where that functionality is available.
8. Children's privacy
Our Terms of Service require every user to be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction if higher. The Platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under that age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone who does not meet this age requirement, we will delete it.
9. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, session token based authentication rather than password storage on our end, and access controls limiting which parts of our systems can read which data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a security incident that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
10. International data transfers
Depending on where you and our service providers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we work with providers who maintain appropriate safeguards for handling that data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Platform changes. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as an in-app notice or an email to the address on your account, before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
12. Contact us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, please contact us at support@premiercreatoragency.com. For general legal matters, this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
