Industry standard, 15 to 20 percent of deals we close for you. You never pay us out of pocket. We are only paid when you are paid.
No. Non-exclusive by default. You can still book your own deals, and you can work with other agencies if you want. We earn our keep by being the best option.
Month-to-month. Leave anytime, no hard feelings.
You do. Always. Usage rights are negotiated deal by deal and never assumed.
Same commission as any other deal. When you win, we win.
Those stay yours. We only take commission on what we bring you, or what you ask us to negotiate. We are not here to take credit for your work.

We started Premier Creator Agency in 2024 after years on the other side of the table, negotiating creator deals for brand teams and watching talent leave money, usage rights, and retainers on the floor. The math was ugly. Someone needed to sit on the creator's side of the table, full-time, with the paperwork and the leverage.
We're based in Los Angeles and New York, with partners across the country. We represent 84 creators at last count, across every category that actually moves product. We answer DMs, we read contracts, we make phone calls nobody wants to make. We are a talent agency, not a marketing agency. The brands we work with know the difference.
